OUR STORY

Rooster on the Run is a branch off the Cobleskill Diner. Lucas McLaughlin, chef and manager at the restaurant, has always had a passion for cooking for large amounts of people. This lead him to start Rooster on the Run and begin catering for special events, both big and small. He and his wife, Jaylene McLaughlin, have been in the restaurant and event business for a long time. Lucas' passion for food and Jaylene's eye for styling events will come together to make your next special occasion perfect!
